(រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ): នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ឯកឧត្តម អ៉ឹង រចនា រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ប្រាក់ សុខុន រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានទទួលជំនួយមនុស្សធម៌បន្ទាន់ របស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន ដែលមានតម្លៃ ២០លានយ័ន សម្រាប់ជនភៀសសឹកកម្ពុជា ដែលត្រូវបានបង្ខំឱ្យចាកចេញពីលំនៅដ្ឋានរបស់ខ្លួន ដោយសារជម្លោះព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា–ថៃ ។
ក្នុងនាមរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ជាពិសេសជនភៀសសឹកជាង ៦០ម៉ឺននាក់ ឯកឧត្តម អ៊ឹង រចនា បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន ដែលបានផ្តល់ជំនួយមនុស្សធម៌បន្ទាន់ដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់នេះ សម្រាប់ជួយបំពេញសេចក្តីត្រូវការចំពោះមុខប្រចាំថ្ងៃរបស់ជនភៀសសឹកកម្ពុជា។
On the afternoon of 28 December 2025, His Excellency UNG Rachana, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, as the high representative of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received the emergency relief aid worth RMB 20 million from the Government of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) for Cambodia’s internally displaced persons, who have been forced to leave their homes due to the Cambodia-Thailand border conflict.
On behalf of the Royal Government of Cambodia, in particular on behalf of more than half a million internally displaced persons, His Excellency UNG Rachana expressed his deep gratitude to the Government of the People’s Republic of China for this most needed assistance, which will meet their daily necessities.
