ក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានសម្របសម្រួលដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចលើកទី២ ប្រចាំឆ្នាំ២០២៦ របស់ក្រុមអនុព័ន្ធយោធាបរទេស (MACPP) ប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីចុះសង្កេតការណ៍ និងផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់អំពីស្ថានភាពនៅស្ពានស្ទឹងមេទឹក ខេត្តពោធិ៍សាត់។

នៅថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី២៨ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វេលាម៉ោង ១៤:៣០នាទីរសៀល ក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានសម្របសម្រួលដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចលើកទី២ ប្រចាំឆ្នាំ២០២៦ របស់ក្រុមអនុព័ន្ធយោធាបរទេស (MACPP) ប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីចុះសង្កេតការណ៍ និងផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់អំពីស្ថានភាពនៅស្ពានស្ទឹងមេទឹក ខេត្តពោធិ៍សាត់។
គួរបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា ស្ពានស្ទឹងមេទឹក បានរងការវាយប្រហារដោយយន្តហោះចម្បាំងទម្លាក់គ្រាប់បែកពីសំណាក់កងទ័ពអាកាសរបស់ថៃ បណ្តាលឱ្យខូចខាតនិងដាច់ទាំងស្រុងមិនអាចចរាចរណ៍ទៅមកបាន កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។ ស្ពាននេះគឺជាហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធស៊ីវិលសុទ្ធសាធ ដែលមានទីតាំងស្ថិតនៅចម្ងាយរាប់សិបគីឡូម៉ែត្រពីព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ។
រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជានៅតែប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តយ៉ាងមុតមាំក្នុងការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាព្រំដែនទាំងអស់តាមសន្តិវិធី ស្របតាមច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ និងកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងទ្វេភាគី ដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ ព្រមទាំងប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់យ៉ាងម៉ឺងម៉ាត់នូវសេចក្តីប្រកាសរួម នៃកិច្ចប្រជុំពិសេសលើកទី៣ របស់គណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅ (GBC) ចុះថ្ងៃទី ២៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។

H.E. Lieutenant General Maly Socheata, Spokeswoman of the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia, wishes to inform the public as well as members of national and international media as follows:
On Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 14:30, the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia has facilitated the Second Annual Tour of 2026 for the Military Attachés Corps in Phnom Penh (MACPP) to observe and verify on the situation at Stung Meteuk Bridge, Pursat Province.
It is also worth noting that the Steung Me Teuk Bridge was attacked by Thai Air Force fighter jets on December 13, 2025, resulting in its complete destruction. The bridge is a purely civilian infrastructure, located dozens of kilometers from the Cambodian-Thai border.
The Royal Government and the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia remains firmly committed to resolving all border issues peacefully, in accordance with international law and relevant bilateral agreements, while strictly adhering to the Joint Statement of the 3rd Special Meeting of the General Border Committee (GBC) of 27 December 2025.
The public, as well as national and international journalists, are hereby informed of the facts regarding this matter.
