កម្ពុជាសូមសម្តែងនូវការស្វាគមន៍ចំពោះបណ្តាប្រទេសជាមិត្ត ដែលមានបំណងចូលរួមចុះពិនិត្យ និងសង្កេតការណ៍ដោយផ្ទាល់នៅតាមបណ្តោយព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ ដើម្បីតាមដានការអនុវត្តបទឈប់បាញ់ សំដៅធានាឱ្យបាននូវតម្លាភាព ភាពជឿទុកចិត្តបាន និងភាពត្រឹមត្រូវ។

H.E. Lieutenant General Maly Socheata, Spokeswoman of the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia, wishes to inform the public as well as members of national and international media as follows:
On Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 12:54PM, the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia has facilitated the Second Annual Tour of 2026 for the Military Attachés Corps in Phnom Penh (MACPP) to conduct an observation at Ou Phluk Damrei area in Pursat Province.
Cambodia welcomes friendly countries to conduct direct observations along the Cambodian-Thai border to monitor the ceasefire, thereby ensuring transparency, credibility, and accuracy.
The Royal Government and the Ministry of National Defence of Cambodia reaffirm our firm, sincere, and unwavering commitment to fully and faithfully respect and implement the Joint Statement of the Third Special Meeting of the Cambodia–Thailand General Border Committee (GBC) on December 27, 2025, the Joint Declaration on the Peace Agreement between Cambodia and Thailand on October 26, 2025, and all other relevant agreements. This commitment is made with the aim of ensuring rapid recovery and restoring normalcy, and long-lasting peace and stability along the border area of both countries.
