ក្រុមអ្នកសម្របសម្រួល (CLG) នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានសម្របសម្រួលជូនក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AOT) ដឹកនាំដោយប្រធានបេសកកម្មក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (HOM AOT) ហ្វីលីពីន ដើម្បីចុះសង្កេតការណ៍ ផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ និងរាយការណ៍អំពីស្ថានភាពព្រំដែននៅតំបន់ច្រកអន្តរជាតិជាំ និងតំបន់រងផលប៉ះពាល់ផ្សេងៗទៀត ស្ថិតក្នុងឃុំត្រពាំងប្រីយ៍ ស្រុកអន្លង់វែង ខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ ដែលជាទីតាំងត្រូវបានទទួលរងការវាយប្រហារ រាយបន្លាលួស និងកាន់កាប់ដោយខុសច្បាប់របស់យោធាថៃ និងធ្វើការពិនិត្យលើការគោរព និងការអនុវត្តវិធានការទាំងអស់ក្នុងសេចក្តីប្រកាសរួមក្រោយបទឈប់បាញ់ចូលជាធរមានផងដែរ។

កម្ពុជាមិនទទួលស្គាល់ជាដាច់ខាតនូវការកែប្រែខ្សែព្រំដែនណាមួយដែលកើតចេញពីការប្រើប្រាស់កម្លាំងនោះឡើយ។ ការណ៍នេះ បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីភាពចាំបាច់ជាដាច់ខាត ក្នុងការចាប់ផ្តើមកិច្ចការវាស់វែងខ័ណ្ឌសីមាដោយគណៈកម្មការចម្រុះខ័ណ្ឌសីមាព្រំដែនគោក (JBC) កម្ពុជា-ថៃ ឱ្យបានឆាប់បំផុត ស្របតាមកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងដែលមានស្រាប់ដូចមានចែងនៅក្នុងចំនុចទីបីនៃសេចក្តីប្រកាសរួមនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំពិសេសលើកទី៣ នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅកម្ពុជា-ថៃ (GBC) ថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ដើម្បីអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យប្រជាពលរដ្ឋស៊ីវិលស្លូតត្រង់របស់កម្ពុជាអាចវិលត្រលប់ទៅលំនៅដ្ឋានវិញដោយមិនមានការរារាំង ព្រមទាំងដោយសុវត្ថិភាព និងកិត្តិយស។

The Spokeswoman of the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia, wishes to inform the public as well as members of national and international media as follows:
On Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 9:05 a.m., the Coordination Group (CLG) of the Kingdom of Cambodia coordinated with the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT), led by the Head of Mission (HOM AOT) of the Philippines, to observe, verify, and report on the border situation at the Choam International Border Checkpoint and other affected areas in Trapaing Prey commune, Anlong Veng district, Oddar Meanchey province. These areas had been attacked, enclosed with barbed wire, and illegally occupied by the Thai military. The mission also aimed to review compliance with and implementation of all measures outlined in the Joint Statement following the entry into force of the ceasefire.
Cambodia categorically rejects any change to the border line resulting from the use of force. This underscores the absolute necessity for the Cambodia-Thailand Joint Boundary Commission (JBC) to commence demarcation work as soon as possible, in accordance with the existing agreement as stated in point three of the Joint Statement of the 3rd Special Meeting of the Cambodia-Thailand General Border Committee (GBC) on December 27, 2025, which aims to ensure that our citizens can safely, peacefully, and with dignity return to their homes without any obstruction.
Cambodia has consistently extended its full support to the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT) and stressed the indispensable importance of strengthening the AOT’s role and mandate to verify and ensure the full and effective implementation of the ceasefire and all measures agreed upon between Cambodia and Thailand. This is aimed at promoting transparency, accountability, and mutual trust, while always welcoming friendly countries willing to further assist in this mission.
The public, as well as national and international journalists, are hereby informed of the facts regarding this matter.
